I need help gaining weight

If you eat a lot and struggle to gain weight you can try a high cal protein shake One scoop protein One spoon of peanut butter Banana Honey Milk If you go to the gym lift as heavy as you can and reps of no more than 6-8. You have to accept it will take at least 3-6 months before you see any major kinda change so hang on in. I was a VERY skinny kid, then got fat, now I'm happy!! No quick fixes
