Have changed my diet and drinking more water and smaller meals. Still have not made any real progress with my weight loss. Working out 4 times a week. Trying to loss 40 lbs in the next 6 months, would like to get some help of meals and portion that will assist with this. Just starting out looking be ready for amateur bodybuilding competition.
If you are body building u need to eat more not less,you will put on more weight but muscle.Increase protien,and try protien shakes also,chek herba life for more info x
