You should drink 2 cups of tea and start eating spicy foods (yeah they Rev up your metabolism), also one glass of water before starting to eat your meal and one after (makes you feel full earlier so you won't over eat, and you spare some calories). Also drink a lot and pee a lot, helps as well!
