Ive heard green tea helps you lose weight true or false ? Need help with my eating habits?

Drinking it helps....or a green tea vitamin. Helps with energy and lots of water.

True that it helps boost metabolism, but how effective it is is entirely up to you.

Yes it does BUT THAT ALONE will not. That is miniscule compared to other factors.

You should drink 2 cups of tea and start eating spicy foods (yeah they Rev up your metabolism), also one glass of water before starting to eat your meal and one after (makes you feel full earlier so you won't over eat, and you spare some calories). Also drink a lot and pee a lot, helps as well!
