I don't have too much time, but I was wondering if anyone knew any healthy and easy smoothies I could make for in the morning or snacks?

I like doing protein powder and almond milk, you can add peanut butter/almond butter. It keeps me full for a long time

Large handful of frozen raspberries, banana, bout a cup of milk (may need to add more or less for how u want it) blitz and enjoy!

I like to do greek yogurt, frozen banana, almond milk, a handful of berries, agave nectar and some chia seeds.  I try to have one every morning.   I throw some spinach in also if I have it.

I like apple, pear, banana, and kale in my smoothies with a little water, almond milk or apple juice to thin it.

My fav is chocolate protein powder with a medium banana and crushed ice.  Yum!
