I like to do greek yogurt, frozen banana, almond milk, a handful of berries, agave nectar and some chia seeds. I try to have one every morning. I throw some spinach in also if I have it.
I like apple, pear, banana, and kale in my smoothies with a little water, almond milk or apple juice to thin it.
My fav is chocolate protein powder with a medium banana and crushed ice. Yum!
