I wake up at 6 AM
Then, I do one hour workout and then I take a shower and dress up for school and at 7:30 AM I have to leave for school
When am I supposed to eat my breakfast? After workout or before? And what should I have for breakfast? A fast breakfast..
Help me please

Hi,an hour workout before school seems alot,why not do 20 mins,then have maybe an egg,shake and fruit or breakfast biscuits,you need energy first thing,you can always exercise again later say going for a jog or something fun

The problem is that I don't have anytime after school or during the day
I decided this:
At 6 AM - an apple
At 7 AM - a cup of 3% milk with something lite
