I am in day six of working out using this app. I love it and I've already seen a difference. I just started using hydroxycut gummies today to suppress cravings for sweets and it has really helped. I do feel they have made me a little irritable and cranky. Anyone else tried them??
I've been working hard to keep myself motivated.
Oh and I think I am doing amazingly well considering I am going thru a rough time with my spouse.. Been really stressful. Its hard not to "eat my emotions" sometimes
