Drink lots of water ,also drink a cup of water before you eat. It makes you feel fuller faster it's helped me. Good luck
Drink water and some herbal tea. If you get cravings, try eating things such as mixed salads, fruits/berries. If you'd like more, try going jogging on a regular schedule. If you start to lose motivation, remember what your goal is. Try stretching and or yoga.
