Exercise is easy eating right is the hard part

First few days will be Not that hard. But ofcourse you have to give your body time to adjust to your new diet. Then after a few days more it will be easy breezy covergirl

try the apple cider vinegar diet. 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before each meal. its supposed to make you feel fuller faster. and try eating on smaller plate, you'll give yourself smaller servings that way :)

Same here. Sometimes to help cravings I will chew gum. Maybe try natural hunger suppressants?
