nutrition help... I don't know what I can eat

I can't eat anything hard to digest easy on the fats no breads nothing that causes gas.

and I like flavor

any idea on what meals I can have I'm not big on breakfast foods so I usually eat lunch foods

Trail mix for snacks, oatmeal with cut fruit in the am as breakfast coffee or orange juice and some vegetables for lunch with brown rice. Just remember to eat the right quantity. This is what helps me ..

I can't eat most vegetables, the oatmeal or the brown rice. So it's not really that helpful for me but thank you for maybe it's helpful for someone else
