Eating healthy

So I'm having a hard time buying healthy foods. I know to get a lot of fruits, veggies, etc. I just feel like I'm always starving and like its way more of a punishment then it should be. I work a lot so I don't have time to go to the grocery store every week to buy fresh fruits and veggies which is also a problem. Any recommendations on where I can find healthy recipes and/or what do you eat?! My goals are to gain muscle mass and def. NOT loose weight :-).

You need protein rich foods like tree nuts, almonds, lean meat, protein shakes, cheese

Quest bars are a great snack for me when I am busy. Avacados also a go to for busy days. Eat healthy fats. It's hard to get past the whole fatty food makes you fat thing. But it's complete B.S. !!! Healthy fat is critical to good health and will keep your muscle from being lost and control hunger! There's so much more to it but I hope this helps
