What type of food should i eat to ensure my body is healthy and fit . Should i turn into a vegan or just eat more healthier food ? But , what if i've started eating more healthier food but it does not help in making me a lil' more slimmer ? I need help !!!

Healthy food will surely improve your living conditions the benefits are countless just focus on body fat percentage than plain out numbers on a scale. Good luck with the change :)

Eat fresh fruits, veggies, and lean meats. Variety is important so that you're getting a wide range of nutritional value plus it gets old eating the same three or four meals day in and day out. You're more likely to stick things out if you're not bored out of your skull from eating chicken, beans, and rice 24/7.

Babygurl. Just eat
protein for muscles.
Fiber for digestion. 
Fruits and veggies.
More water.
Cut your sugar salt and carbs.
