I DID NOT SAY NO CARB.....LOW CARB!!!!!!
My body does not handle Carbs well. It gives me the energy and stores the rest as FAT!!! But eating low carb high protein allows my body to burn my body fat as energy. Yes I'm talking about the Atkins Lifestyle of eating. No not Diet but Lifestyle. I started 11/28/2014 at 201.8 pounds. As of today 12/18/2014 I've lost 11 pounds at 190. Don't get me wrong I love pasta, bread, and grits (cause I'm a southern girl) just like the next person but it was weighing me done LITERALLY! !! Switching my body from Carb burning to Fat burning was an adjustment the first few days. But after that BOY!!!! This weight is falling off week after week. I can't wait to post my 30 day before and After pics.

Agree with you. I have been on low carb now for 3 years. My doctor put me on it to restore my burned out adrenals. It worked and I have never looked or felt better. I don't count calories. I just eat quality food :)
The last time I did the Adkins diet I lost 25 lbs and I was in excellent shape I felt good looked good etc. I did it for 2-3 months. And kept the weight off for years. I just had a baby 2 months ago I went from 112 to 145. It's super depressing so I'm trying to find the motivation to do the Adkins again. I know after a couple weeks it becomes easy but that first week or so is so difficult for me! I love carbs lol but hate being fat soo I want to start the Adkins again, I was wondering if you had any tips or could suggest some food ideas I could eat. I get so sick of the same foods! Tuna salmon eggs cheese...blah. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :) I want to go back to my pre pregnancy weight before March!
