Nutrition for gaining muscle ??

Hi everyone! I've recently lost about 20 kg doing a lot of cardio exercises and eating less then before and much more healthier.
Now I want to gain some muscle, and I really don't know how to change my nutrition!
Anyone can help me? Any tips for gaining kg of muscles and not to become fat again?!

Healthy clean eating with lots of protein and slow digesting carbs with good workouts. Aim for 20 calories per pound of bodyweight if you're active enough. Rev your metabolism by drinking 5 litters of water a day starting your day by water too, just not during the meals.
