Starting week out RIGHT!!!
So last week was my first time downloading this App. I only got in 2 workouts. But today starts a new week and I'm commenting to at least 4 this week of course along with my low carb way of eating. I'm still at -12 lbs since 11/28. I'm hoping to see some more positive changes on the scale this week. Well headed to gym now. Check you guys out later.
