I no the food I like is not good for me but taste so good . At first I wasn't eating at all but I was always feeling bad cause I haven't eaten. So now im happy when I eat but the weight keep coming

Im still trying but its hard. I wish the drive to work out would kick in

Think about how your goal is to lose weight and how it's not worth it. Remember, don't give up what you want most for what you want now. Keep up that goal and don't give in!!

I know how you feel, but instead of eating huge portions of bad food intake small portions start off slow . Don't go cold turkey because you most likely go back to your bad habits.
