Hello I would like advice. I'm currently trying to lose at least 21lbs. My workout includes lifting 4 times a week.
Tuesday - legs
I perform cardio for at least an hour on Wednesday. I may do insanity, treadmill, or bike ride. My ultimate goal is to get my bf% down. I eat about 1600 calories. My carbs are a little higher since I dont consume meat anymore(i have my reasons why). My macros are 50%carbs, protein 30%, fat 20%.My questions is do you think this plan is ok?
