How much water is enough?
I was told for every 30kg (66lb) of body weight one should drink 1litre (0.26) of water a day. How often and much water do you drink a day?
Problem with me was I never got thirsty. I got these headache whre I use to take pain pills everyday and went to the doctor and he told me about this. Because 90% of the brain consist of water and if u dehydrated that's when I got the headaches
It's roughly a gallon of water a day. When you are active it's a good idea to drink more. 7-10 oz every 10-20 minutes during your workout, and another 8 oz in the half hour after.

You should consume at least half of your body weight in ounces per day... Add to that amount when you work out or sweat profusely.
If you don't have at least one clear piss a day, you're on the wrong track
