I have been working out for past few years..still not satisfied with the results..i want to be more muscular..with good toned abbs..never took any extra suppliment..once tried kiratine but it dint suit me..can some1 suggest me a better supplyment or protine shake..that can increase my power and help me to me scular my entire body..

What are your stats right now?  Have you gotten your nutrition/eating down correctly?  A supplement is exactly what it says, it is to supplement or to add to a diet, nutrition plan and workout routine to help/aid you in filling in on things that are missing or enhance your performance.  If you are trying to bulk up, try and eat about 300 calories over your maintenance calorie intake.

I have recently found out that bee pollen has 10 times the amount of protein thin a stake. So I have been putting on sandwich or other food that I would eat for working out.
