Tips on eating healthier?

I'm one of those people who can't just go on a diet because I don't have enough will power, but are the certain foods I should cut off gradually

Bread is a major one. Don't cut it off completely, but don't eat as much. Try to pack your meals with proteins and veggies.

Educate yourself on clean eating. It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle. If your consistent with working out you can enjoy fatty foods you like once a week to. Because diets suck, they don't work.

You know it's true. ... before I could eat all of the things that were so bad for new, breads, sugars, fast food, since I have started to work out none I'd those things appeal to me at all, I love the fruits, the veggies and especially the proteins, my skin looks better and I'm quite energized for an abuela
