Just some motivation to help get through your workout. Seeing your ideal self end goal. Even though its burns trying to get back to a full consistent workout, just repeating my goals and how cnsistent I am is getting me through the tough stages.

What is your ideal self? What habits are keeping you consistent in your workout?
