Tips for gaining weight.

Hi! New to the app. Been using it for a few days and I love it! I weighted myself in yesterday and I'm 90.5 pounds not so excited about that. my fitness goal is to just gain weight. i've received a few tips but for people who have been on a weight gain journey, what tips do yall have for me?

Eat, eat, eat...get yourself on a calorie surplus if you need help make some smoothies add things that are calorie, protein and carb dense. Ex: milk, oatmeal, peanut butter, omega 3s and some protein powder. Or buy a weight gainer. Concentrate on weight training and drop cardio while you gain weight.
