What's the best affordable protein shake for a female?

I switch it up, ab days, leg days, upper body etc. I'm trying to build some muscle, and it's hard for me. Even though I would run about 30 miles a week and workout daily, my legs didn't look as muscular as my team.

If you are gaining muscles dont do much cardio:)

Low cal chocolate milk is a cheap alternative straight after a workout, then I'd recommend you spend the money on chicken & brow rice. You only need about 3oz of chicken & half a cup of brown rice to get the necessary muscle building help
