I am looking for help with making green fruit smoothies I have tried kale, almond milk with mix fruit. But I am getting bored with that any other suggestions? I own a nutribullet and a blender. Thanks in advance for your loss.
Are you using the green smoothies as a meal replacement? If so, add some form of (powder) protein to the mix. They come in different types and flavors. Vanilla I suggest to mix with fruit and greens for a mid morning or afternoon snack. A flavor like chocolate you can add peanut butter, almond butter, oats, half a banana, ect. Get adventurous with flavors, and meal prep is key to helping yourself stay on track. Plz reply back if you have any other questions!
I put flax seed which u can get at Walmart for real cheap. Extra fiber and a different texture.
