I am having a problem gaining weight i guess i ll have to lose my abs for it
I need help n suggestions on this

Eat a lot of good carbs and lots of protein before you workout. A good way to get those extra carbs is to drink Joe Weider carbohydrate shakes. GNC carries a variety of different brands and flavors. Make sure you workout after ingesting all those carbs cuz if you don't you will gain fat instead of muscle!

I have also a problem in gaining weight, I tried by drinking protein shakes after workout for one month and still it didn't work at all, now I am doubling my daily meals I wish it will go well:)
