I'm wondering if anyone knows what a serving this would be and how many Calories and everything else in it would be so I can track it in my fitness pal please.

Each serving has 9 g fat, 5 g saturated fat, 6 g mono fat, 2 g polyunsaturated fat, 0 g Trans fat, 20 mg cholesterol, 686 mg sodium, 227 g potassium, 16 g carbohydrate, 1 g dietary fiber, 1 g sugar, 33 g protein. I'd tinker with the recipe to cut much of the butter and salt, leaving out the soy sauce. Even then, at 1/2 the butter, it comes in at 244 calories per scant 1/2 cup.

Your original recipe of 24 scant 1/2 cup servings gives you 277 calories per serving.

I'd go with 1/4- 1/2 cup serving since it does seem more snack like. The only want I know to figure calories is to put the recipe into a calculator of sorts and break it down from there. Sparkrecipe has a good one.
