What should eat a vegan person, who do sports?

Tofu or any soy beans products for a high protein intake..

Foos with high rate of carbs and proteins! it will be ok :)

I eat lots of vegetables, fruits,beans,legumes,whole grains. I drink soy milk,plant and nut milk. For protein I use flaxseed and hemp seeds. I also take a b12 supplement. Look for the book engine2 diet or fork over knive.

Make sure to take a high quality b12 supement.   The methyl form is best     Only animal meat can provide this very essential vitamin !   I would find resources online to help you find the correct foods.  My friend developed serious problems from vegan diet that caused vitamin deficiency

Legumes, lentils, soy beans, tofu,  non fat Greek yogurt (non vegan but still something to consider),  nuts,
