I read its good for ur metabolism but without milk I think
It depends on the type of diet your on and what it calls for.
At the moment I've been told no caffeine in my diet, I'll look in to it more and find out why. As for coffee it comes down to how many you intend to have and what you have it with. Some people have 5 a day, full cream milk and two sugars others have it black and no sugar... think about it.
Coffee is awesome and everyone should drink a cup a day. Black, of course. Don't add sugar, creamer and all that crap. It's full of antioxidants to fight off illness, caffeine to boost metabolism, and protects your liver. Go drink a cup now
Im not a happy man without a coffee, I've read some studies that say a little caffeine after working out is good..
Either way life is for living and I do love a coffee and its not going to pile on the lbs even with 2 sugars and milk It would be around 80 cals at most less than most sports drinks which I recommend you do stay away from.
