Any night owls out there... If so any healthy tips on getting sleep before five am... I'm not interested in pills or anything else like that all natural would be best

Warm milk might help. I always tend to find that I sleep better on a full stomach, others prefer an empty stomach. Try both. Don't drink coffee/tea before bed. Perhaps try lowering your carb intake before bed too. It's hard to know without knowing your bed time routine.

Try not to drink anything with caffeine in it after 9pm and try to keep a good sleep rountine
