I don't know bad food, food is my friend Even pizza, what's so wrong about it!? I just can't figure it out... I have a Margherita like once in two months. But I live in Italy... Most of the people I know eat it at least once per week, so I'm the weird one LOL Calories maybe!? But... Working it all out should count too then. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think small treats are healthy as soon as you don't have junk food often. Just be smart even when you want something fatty or fried maybe.

A nice healthy plate of sausage/onions/peppers from a crockpot that mysteriously appeared in my breakroom at work. I really tried to walk by it but the greasy devil kept calling me!!
