Carb cycling tips needed.
I'm planning to cycle my carb intake. I've already calculated my required needs during my high carb and low carb days. The problem is, as a nurse, we have to work in shifts with only one meal break. It messes with your workout schedule and diet plans. A good way to distribute calories is by eating 5 small frequent meals, but due to time constraints, I'm only down to 3 big meals. It can only satisfy my hunger for a short period of time. It affects my work performance and my workouts.
Tips or meal plans are very much welcome.
