Carb cycling tips needed.

I'm planning to cycle my carb intake. I've already calculated my required needs during my high carb and low carb days. The problem is, as a nurse, we have to work in shifts with only one meal break. It messes with your workout schedule and diet plans. A good way to distribute calories is by eating 5 small frequent meals, but due to time constraints, I'm only down to 3 big meals. It can only satisfy my hunger for a short period of time. It affects my work performance and my workouts.

Tips or meal plans are very much welcome.

Good luck getting a meal plan from here. Make your high carb days less frequent and only on training days. Work days increase your protein intake, it'll keep you fuller longer and reduce any bloating associated with carbs
