Alternate the different types of proteins, yet you need carbs but let them be healthy carbs. Leafy green vegetables, flax seed, Greek yogurt

Everyone is saying protien, and while I don't disagree, make yourself a delicious smoothie full of protien and amino acids to get into your system. You can't forget to put the carbs back into your body for the protien to burn off, and also WATER!
