I don't know how to eat right at all

I am allergic to all fruit other than avacado.
I hate vegetables other than corn, broccoli, and potatoes. . . therefore I don't even eat salads.
I tend to love to eat fish and chicken and rice and pasta, so most all of my meals include those things. I like eggs too.
I don't eat pork and don't really like beef but eat beef every so often (no red meat) because I am anemic and am told I have to.

Any advice? Any recipes to help me eat healthy? I don't think I know how to eat correct portions and tend to overload when I have a meal too because of my high metabolism.

Poor you better eat Whey protein lol or trying to eat Japanese food very healthy .

The way you cook your meat can help such as grilling rather than frying and having new potatoes with it instead of a backed potato? Little bits like that can help!

Eat more protien like beans or sea foods and try eating Quinoa instead of rice

Sounds like you have a bunch of excuses why you can't eat healthy!

Well I know how you felt about that, and I think if you want results you have to found a good way to eat.I have troubles whit that too

Try replacing rice with Quinoa
