I am allergic to all fruit other than avacado.
I hate vegetables other than corn, broccoli, and potatoes. . . therefore I don't even eat salads.
I tend to love to eat fish and chicken and rice and pasta, so most all of my meals include those things. I like eggs too.
I don't eat pork and don't really like beef but eat beef every so often (no red meat) because I am anemic and am told I have to.
Any advice? Any recipes to help me eat healthy? I don't think I know how to eat correct portions and tend to overload when I have a meal too because of my high metabolism.
