Protein shake?

Hello i just recently started working out and i was wondering what protein shake is best for me? I am 5 feet 98 pounds looking to be toned and gain some lean muscle. Any suggestions?

I use a nutritional shake that includes protein. I have lost 40 lbs after having my daughter and will continue using the Project 10 challenge to lose more lbs and then build muscle. I have a number of friends who have successfully built lean muscle with our shake (and/or Crunch - our transformational super cereal). I've tried many protein powders. And out of all of them I prefer bsn syntha 6. It's great tasting not to expensive.

How much do you recommend taking per day for lean muscles?

I usually do a scoop upon waking or 1 hour before breakfast. And a scoop before a workout. After working out I'll have a meal but if your in a rush another scoop.
