Any healthy snack ideas? What do you eat?

I love caramel rice cakes! Also nutra grain bars(strawberry mmm) Also dry granola cereal .

Nuts, fruit, or any minimally processed food

That's what I'm trying to accomplish, staying away from processed foods.

Eat real food...

If your looking to lose fat then you should be eating real food over 6 meals a day so no snacks needed and keeping the calorie content to your recommend amount (around 1500cals per day)

If the food is fitness related then you probably dont need it...

Whenever I get hunger pangs I have a large glass of water before I eat anything. Your brain can't differentiate between dehydration and hunger so you might just be thirsty. 
For snacks I try to stick to jerky, almonds (no more than a handful a day), carrot sticks
