I'm looking for healthy foods to have before and after workout. Also for snacks.
Snacks: protein bar, fiber one cereal, non fat Greek yogurt, string cheese, fruits, smoked salmon with crackers. Pre workout: protein shakes preferably whey iso. Bananas , spurlina , mixed berries, post workout: any type of lean meats and complex carbs. Like sweet potato and salmon or tuna steak Is perfect.
