Today was my first day eating a strict Paleo Diet.
I see a lot of eggs in my future if I stay on this path. I felt a little weaker then normal after a 30 minute high intensity work out session.
Its getting into the evening now and I am beginning to develop a head ache.

Morning of day two and my head is pounding! I am not ill so the pain has to be from sugar deprivation.  I gave up my morning coffee  two days in a row;  maybe caffeine problem. I am hesitant to blame caffeine I only used to drinking 1 coffee a day.

You might need to add red meat with your breakfast and make sure you are having carbs..

Squeeze some lemon into your water in the morning on empty stomach, should help your body to wake up without needing coffee!

Day three, im feeling alright. I drank a cup of black coffee this morning to prevent any head ache again. I got my energy back after lunch yesterday and feel normal. I am however, watching the clock for the next hour to eat again! I am craving a dessert so bad! I think I am going to make a paleo friendly banana bread with almond flour tonight!
