Which fruit?

I love fruits but which one do y'all recommend to eat after a work out? I usually want to eat around 8-9 p.m and I want to eat a fruit but have no idea which one would be appropriate for that time of night. Help!!!

I eat apple . I just dice it into cubes and snack on it. If in the afternoon, I take it with peanut butter. I also take carrots, oranges at times.

After you workout probably go to cantaloupe, cherries, raspberries and peaches.

After a workout - sweet lime juice maybe...If u r substituting fruits fir dinner, take fruit salad with whatever fruits u have. Apple, guava, papaya, strawberry, pomegranate - recommended.

At that time of night I would choose among the fruits and berries that are the lowest in carbs. These include for instance grapefruit, avocados, blueberries, raspberries, papaya, peaches, red currants, et cetera. These all contain less than 10 grams of carbs per 100 grams.

I'm a on a bulking diet this month and fruit forms a big part of it:
Pineapple and strawberries in the morning
Apple mid-morning
Banana lunchtime
Pineapple in the evening

Pineapple for digestion & banana for energy before workouts

Kiwi is a perfect fruit in general, its full of vitamins and water and very healthy :)
