I love fruits but which one do y'all recommend to eat after a work out? I usually want to eat around 8-9 p.m and I want to eat a fruit but have no idea which one would be appropriate for that time of night. Help!!!
I eat apple . I just dice it into cubes and snack on it. If in the afternoon, I take it with peanut butter. I also take carrots, oranges at times.

At that time of night I would choose among the fruits and berries that are the lowest in carbs. These include for instance grapefruit, avocados, blueberries, raspberries, papaya, peaches, red currants, et cetera. These all contain less than 10 grams of carbs per 100 grams.
