Can anyone help me create a 7 day meal plan for losing weight ??

Based on me being 217lbs and 6ft 1ins - 2800 ish calories, reducing down by 200 calories a week for 4 weeks or until you find a calorie level you're losing healthy weight at - if lighter or heavier adjust the calories

You can swop the proteins etc for another food it's just an example.

I probably sound like a broken record but jim stoppani shortcut to shred. Google it. He breaks down training and nutrition.
