So I got a fast metabolism, I mean, I eat alot during the day and then train for like an hour or so for a beginner, then eat more. But I've gained no weight at all, and I havent for the past 3 or so years.. I've been 10 stone since I left school in 2012..
I was wondering what you guys would recommend for putting on weight?
Start counting the calories you take in and the ones you burn use my fitness pal increase your protein intake and coconut oil helps put on muscle mass easily too and remember gaining a kg in 2 weeks is what you can gain in muscles according to what I have read so aim for that and lift away :)
