One of the reasons I decided to try and be healthier was that for a couple years now I've been underweight (~113 lbs) Since I started exercising I was able to gain a little bit of weight (~120-125 lbs) so I thought I was doing good. But I weighed myself again today and I'm back at 112 lbs..
So I was wondering about safe, healthy ways to gain weight. Maybe certain ways to exercise or eat, or ways not to. Any suggest would be great, but I'd prefer long term things that are reasonable.
