How many pounds should i be losing within a week on a 1240 clalorie diet and a well balanced amount of exercize

R u exercising too or just dieting if u r exercising u r looking to lose 2-3 lbs a week.:-)

2lbs loss a week is healthy. As you'll also be adding muscle through workouts and healthy eating your body will look better than just a 2lb loss though. If you stick to clean eating & workout regularly you should begin to see differences in 2 weeks.
Nail the healthy eating though & good luck

I learned through various diets than figuring out how many calories to eat per day, or lbs per week needed is just too much too think about. Then I I had to figure what to buy, cook, eat, plan. Too much involved. Just eat clean, not too much carbs (no white rice, pasta, bread),  little or no salt, 1 gallon water a day minimum and lots of variety vegetables. Eat 6 times a day. Make it fit in a small bowl. That's it. 15 minutes of intense workout in the morning. That's it

I list 32lbs in 2.5 -3 months doing it this way.
