Hey guys I'm a totally addicted to sweets and i really wanna lose some weight...so..some tips on how to restrain myself?

Try eating fruit or yogurt. ...rice cakes with peanut butter are good too

Usually when I work out on a daily basis, sweets just don't appeal to me. Try going for a  fruit when you're craving chocolate.

OMG that is a little hard i work only at night time to a shop in Romania and it's full of sweets:(

I try to use sweets as a reward, can be a reward for any type of accomplishment. Or, make better choices with main meals and then you can still eat those delicious goodies. Everything in moderation.
