Super Easy, Protein-Enriched Meals

Hey Everyone!
It has recently come to my attention that I may not be eating enough food for my activity levels. I am runner; who does both sprinting and long distances. I am looking for some suggestions for Breakfast and for Snacks. I have around 10 minutes every morning to eat, (I know, 10 min for Breakfast is not ideal) and I am away from Home for the majority of the day. I am hoping to find some recipes that are exciting and include somewhat basic ingredients. I am allergic to fish, so that can not be included at all. For snacks, I would even like some suggestions for some great Protein bars that are somewhat cheap and available in Canada. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have two sliced of protein bread (30g protein total) with peanut butter for breakfast.  Good start to the day

Thanks for the idea. But what exactly is "protein bread"? I've never heard of it..

I don't think Protein Bread exists where I live.. But I'll definitely keep an eye out for it. Thanks for your help! :)

I buy cliffs builders protein bars. They have 20 g of protein and I believe they are available in canada. My go to snack is always non fat Greek yogurt with oats are cereal.  Like fiber one plus protein.
