It has recently come to my attention that I may not be eating enough food for my activity levels. I am runner; who does both sprinting and long distances. I am looking for some suggestions for Breakfast and for Snacks. I have around 10 minutes every morning to eat, (I know, 10 min for Breakfast is not ideal) and I am away from Home for the majority of the day. I am hoping to find some recipes that are exciting and include somewhat basic ingredients. I am allergic to fish, so that can not be included at all. For snacks, I would even like some suggestions for some great Protein bars that are somewhat cheap and available in Canada. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
