What to eat and not to eat

Hi, I'm wanting to lose at least 20kgs and I was wondering if anyone can suggest what meals would be good for lunch? I have porridge for breakfast which I've heard is good, and my tea is usually quite healthy also. But I get stuck when it comes to lunch. Can anyone help please?
