I was 84 kilos now i'm 73,however my body doesn't lose more weight and i want to be 64 what should i do ?

I was very fat,I had 79kg then I lost some weight 13 kg but now im back on 74 ,not good

You are a women essientially made of fats so its not that simple,Nevertheless we have to fight we are fighters remember that men have musceles already but we build up our own

I love to do my workout,but Im in love with sweets I need to fix that.What is with you ?

Chocolates mainly that my weakness but at the end i have to cut it down for a while then eat them in really small amounts, the problem is how you stop eating milka oreo for god's sake
