K guys I've been tying to eat pretty clean/healthy but getting bored of the same old thing sooo what is one of your favorite go to recipes I need some new things to try!!!

Search for the topic "recipes for athletes" on here, it's great.

Also wanna mention Fit Men Cook on YouTube, especially if you do meal prep.

I've never done meal prep i just becUse I'm a stay at home mom anyways so I have time to cook meals but I might try it out as seeing as sometime I cheat because it easier to grab something already made!

Meal prep was and is the only way I stop myself eating crap. Especially when you're around kids. Try it, make your meals for the week, you'll find it's much easier to stay on track.

I'm going to try it! It is a bit harder because i usually have to make my meal and then my kids food separate! So do I just make seven days worth of food and freeze them? Maybe that's a silly question I'll just google meal prepping!!
