Hi guys. Probably a silly question. But I just wanted to know the best way people have found to gain weight. I'm currently 9st9 and have been since before I can remember, at least the last 4-5 years. I also tend to work out in phases which I know is pointless, but hey.
Now I hit the protein shakes fairly regular when I work out. And also BCAAs, work out is only a couple times a week if that at most with free time etc. Any other useful supplements people have found?
I ideally want to be 11 stone... Of more muscle.
