Acidic vs alkaline food
I have been trying to do a lot of research about consuming a lot of foods are alkaline to turn my body's pH level. One major thing that I have learned is that taste is not an indication of the pH level the food has.
For instance milk is acidic lemons are alkaline.
For the past 2 months I have started my morning with is full of baking soda in a glass full of water and juice of half a lemon.
I just wanted to share the benefits of this. my stomach does so much better during the day after I have this start.
Anyone else out there who is experimenting with this idea?
Not so much as a diet per se but healthy living.
