can any one tell me difference b/w reps and sets ?

Reps are the amount of movements inside of a set. So; doing 3 sets of 10 reps of Bicep Curls would mean doing 10 curls, rest, 10 curls, rest, 10 curl.

I don't quite understand the question. But For a set you can have any number of reps. So 3 sets of curls with 10 reps. That would be equal to 30 total reps.

U mean under a set of pushups for ex i can do 10, 11 , or x times ?
