How to create healthy food?

Im join here since almost 3 weeks ago..i did excercise 5 day a week...'n now i wnt to now how to create healthy menu to eat everyday...i cant avoid greasy foods...

I also started about three weeks ago and work whole week..You should search online for examples of healthy menu and than decide which one is best..I am eating for brakfast for example oat meals ..later some lunch with lots of vegetables and so on..It is important to eat less bread and drink lots of water ..But you will need good willpower first days ;) Good luck..

Edamam is a great app that allows you to look at meals and it will sync to your S Health. Check it out!

Yup it sure will. I like it for meal preps. My wife and I look at it and try and figure out what to get for the week
